It's the weekend - and I'm not really here. I thought I'd try a timed release for a news article and see if our site would publish it.* If you're reading this, well, then it worked!

Spring is nearly here, and I for one, am not a bit sad to see winter pass. In the 12 years I've been in Osage County, and the 32 years in Oklahoma, I think this winter was probably one of the toughest. That week of ice on the roads was probably the longest period I can remember for school suspension due to weather. Some of you old-timers need to put a comment in and tell me what you remember about winters in Pawhuska.
